On Sunday, March 2, former Myrtle High School standout Sarah Kate Thompson’s current college team, the Union Bulldogs, lost 10-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Mississippi Choctaws.

The game took place at Fesmire Softball Field. This was their third matchup against the Choctaws this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 3 p.m. at Bill Noble Park against Miles Golden Bears.
