Ole Miss women’s basketball moves Auburn game to Birmingham after winter storm

The Ole Miss women’s basketball game against Auburn has been relocated to Birmingham, Alabama, because of recovery efforts following Winter Storm Fern. The Southeastern Conference (SEC) made the announcement on Thursday.

The matchup is now scheduled for Monday, February 2 at 6 p.m. CT and will be streamed on SEC Network+ from Legacy Arena in Birmingham. Admission will be free for all attendees, with doors opening at 5 p.m. CT and general admission seating available.

Officials are continuing to review options regarding ticketing. Those who purchased tickets will receive updated information once a decision is reached. “We are evaluating all available options and updated ticket information will be sent directly to those who purchased tickets once a final decision has been made. No action is required from you at this time,” the statement read.
