Ole Miss women’s golf finishes eighth at Moon Golf Invitational

The Ole Miss women’s golf team, ranked No. 14 nationally, finished eighth at the Moon Golf Invitational in Melbourne, Florida. The tournament included 12 teams ranked in the top 25. The Rebels posted a combined score of 884 (+20).

Mary Miller led Ole Miss with a one-under-par round of 71, her seventh round under par this season. Sophie Linder shot even par for the day, bringing her total to nine rounds of par or better this year.

This result marks the sixth straight top-10 finish for the team during the current season.

The Rebels will next compete at the Darius Rucker Invitational from March 2-4 in Hilton Head, South Carolina. The event will be held at Long Cove Golf Club and hosted by South Carolina. Golf Channel will provide live coverage throughout the three-day tournament.
