On Saturday, March 22, former Pontotoc High School standout Brice Deaton’s current college team, the Jacksonville State Gamecocks, won 12-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the FIU Golden Panthers.

The game took place at FIU Baseball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Golden Panthers this season.

The Gamecocks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 12 p.m. at FIU Baseball Stadium against FIU Golden Panthers.
