Of the 3,323 people living in Water Valley in 2019, 51.9 percent (1,723) were women and 48.1 percent (1,600) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Oxford Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 1,002-to-794. In the 65 and over age range, there were 414 females and 320 males.
