Census Bureau: More women than men in Myrtle in 2019

Of the 540 people living in Myrtle in 2019, 57.6 percent (311) were women and 42.4 percent (229) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Oxford Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 215-to-154. In the 65 and over age range, there were 28 females and 13 males.
