Of the 27,662 people living in Oxford in 2020, 50.4 percent (13,937) were women and 49.6 percent (13,725) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Oxford Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 217. In the 65 and over age range, there were 2,012 females and 1,407 males.
