Mr. Willie Thomas is missing from the Terza Road Area. Mr. Thomas is a 78 y.o. black male, 5'7 in height and weighing 165 lbs. Mr. Thomas was last seen wearing a gray shirt and black jogging pants. Mr. Thomas suffers from a condition that might impair his judgement.
