Five former Ole Miss Rebels players participated in the NFL’s Wild Card weekend, with three advancing to the Conference Championship round. The update was provided by OleMissSports.com.

Ben Brown, offensive lineman for the New England Patriots, took part in four special teams snaps during his team’s 28-16 victory over the Houston Texans.

Evan Engram, tight end for the Denver Broncos, caught one pass for seven yards as his team won 33-30 against the Buffalo Bills.

Defensive tackle D.J. Jones, also with the Denver Broncos, played 41 snaps in their win over Buffalo. According to Pro Football Focus, Jones received a defensive grade of 76.0, which ranked him fifth among defensive tackles for the week.

Jaylon Jones, cornerback for the Chicago Bears, was on special teams for 22 snaps and made one tackle during a loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

Dawson Knox, tight end for the Buffalo Bills, recorded three catches totaling 32 yards in his team’s defeat by Denver.
