A $500,000 gift from Lucy Banks establishes a new scholarship at Ole Miss for children of Mississippi’s active or retired first responders—and for qualifying first responders themselves. The Dr. Frank and Lucy Banks Scholarship Endowment honors her late husband’s legacy while supporting those who serve.
